Uploading the first patch where packaging, stop, destroy and start of LLAP app
has been migrated from Slider to YARN Service.
Note, status, log-links and diagnostics will be migrated in the next phase when
all slider pom dependencies will be removed as well. For now, this 001 patch
will unblock the creation and deployment of the LLAP app. In the final phase
support for keytabs, deployment in a secure cluster and end-to-end Ambari
integration will be taken care of.
