Talked with Eugene.
One quick question is whether we need test tables like "src" to be
Micro-managed (or insert-only acid table):
i.e., there could be an alternative direction where, if we can reduce # of test
failures by keeping test tables like "src"
to be non-acid regular tables, we can do that at least for testing purpose
temporarily.
Just one alt path.
