[~vihangk1] no, because this assert will never fail, but it should every time
when it reached.
probably the author wanted to write:
{code:java}
assertTrue("Exception not thrown", *false*);
{code}
instead of:
{code:java}
assertTrue("Exception not thrown", *true*);
{code}
