* Add image for dev or not (current image doesn't have any build tools for
volume reduction)?
The image could include packages required for building and running Hivemall.
* How to dist, Dockerfile only or automated build on DockerHub (which
organization?)
Dockerfile.
DockerHub would be considered later.
