@amaya382 Instead of using dockcross, I built native xgboost binaries for
most Linux platform and Mac OSX in https://github.com/myui/build-xgboost-jvm/
To support more platforms, this PR is useful but we can close this PR for
now. Thank you for your work but do you mind closing/archiving this PR for the
time being?---
