Historically, the *.td.hql files were created and maintained to install
Hivemall in [Treasure Data's Hive
environment|https://support.treasuredata.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001260767-Treasure-ML-Machine-Learning-]
(TD is shorthand Treasure Data) when Hivemall was a personal project.
However, since Hivemall is now under ASF, such company-specific files should be
separately maintained somewhere else under the company's responsibility.
