In the current version of Dockerfile, there are several problems to build
Docker image:
* Default Hadoop version 2.7.3 is too old to get from apache mirror
* Default Hive version 2.1.1 is too old to get from apache mirror
* Building Spark 2.2Â requires Java8
It would be nice to fix Dockerfile for building local environment easily.
