   I reported this too as another issue.  The thing is, the step assumes some
   date format.  If you enter it as anything else in the dialog box, it goes
   back to that default format then it is impossible to change.
   And it formats it wrong because of the first input like  MASK
   yyyy-MM-dd.... you click okay, and then it flips to
   *yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss, even though you put yyyy-MM-ddIt is very screwed up*
