### What needs to happen? For testing and development purposes, if your pipelines requires Azure Blob Storage, you'll need a Microsoft Azure account in order to test them. As an alternative, Microsoft ships Azurite for such goals; but unfortunately, at the moment there's no chance to specify in the connection string the host of you local Azurite env.
