[I] [Bug]: Moves files / Destination files Tab / when create file with unique name is used. the timestamp is added even if the file does not exist (hop)

   ### What happened?
   
   In Move Files on workflow.
   When if destination file exists with create file with unique name option is 
used. 
   Even if the file does not exist in the destination, a timestamp is added. 
after the extension.
   I also have a folder with the name of the destination file that is created 
for no apparent reason.
