Did you happen to have many pipeline/workflow tabs open? Those errors usually come from hitting the limits of how many UI elements we are allowed to create. Clearing the audit folder also clears which open tabs you had so that might have indirectly solved the acual issue -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
