@dmainou Obviously both the "injector" and the "injected" pipeline have not changed, otherwise I wouldn't post this as bug :) I ran the comparison test (*) tonight and, unfortunately, the outputs I got from the two servers ARE different: I'll try later to set up a simpler use case to detail the behaviour. At a first glance, it seems that in Hop 2.16 the Merge rows (diff) isn't able to detect changes and deletions correctly, and considers different sets of rows as inserted. _(*) Details of the comparison test: I copied the database used by the workflow in another server. Then I run the same workflow with Hop 2.16 in production, and Hop 2.15 in the test server, making them process the same files to update the database by row differences.
