Alright, I did a test with Oracle 21.3.0-xe. There are no Docker images available for Oracle for 19. I used the OJDBC11 driver (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.oracle.database.jdbc/ojdbc11/23.26.0.0.0) I copied over the statements from this ticket to create the table.
