Large change to make toolbars work better on Hop Web. Overflow (splitting buttons to a new line) does not work for a toolbar on Hop Web. We now create a composite with a RowLayout for Hop Web and add buttons to that one. Abstracted some methods away in a Facade so we also do not need to use isWeb() everywhere. ------------------------ Thank you for your contribution!
