### What would you like to happen? Objective: Enhance the Apache Hop File Explorer by adding "New Pipeline" and "New Workflow" options directly to the right-click (context) menu of folders. Current State: Users must use the top "File" menu or shortcuts (Ctrl+N) to create new files, which requires extra navigation to save them in the correct directory. Proposed Solution: Context Integration: Add two new actions to the folder context menu: "New Pipeline (.hpl)" and "New Workflow (.hwf)". Behavior: When selected, the system should prompt for a file name and automatically create the file within the selected folder.
