Issue #1871 : XML cleanup of the HTTP transform * XML serialization cleanup * Getter/Setter cleanup * Detailed XML serialization test with round trip. This also tests all getters and setters * Removed Mockito tests which don't like the new code style. * Fixed Sonar warnings (code complexity etc) Note that I had trouble validating test 00006 of the HTTP integration tests which uses the HTTP Action.
