### Apache Hop version? 2.18 ### Java version? 21 ### Operating system Linux ### What happened? We changed from 2.16 to 2.18 (2.17 also had a bug that prevented us from using it) and now we get weird errors in unchanged and previously working pipelines. One is that a pipeline is complaining "Unable to read file" and then a location that is a directory. No idea why it gives this error, as in 2.16 everythin worked fine. Another pipeline even refused to open since it complained about a dummy transform connected to a Table Output transform through an error hop. I had to open the XML with a text editor and remove that transform manually for Hop to open the pipeline.
