Verified against main: MsSqlServerDatabaseMeta now declares
write(TYPE_UUID).as("UNIQUEIDENTIFIER") through the new type rules, so both SQL
Server connection variants generate UNIQUEIDENTIFIER. No longer reproducible —
closing.
