Clear filter in database perspective when switching projects, fixes #8453.

   ### Description
When switching projects or filtering in the Database perspective:
   1. The search filter string in the Database perspective is now automatically
cleared when switching projects (`HopGuiEvents.ProjectActivated`), preventing
connections from appearing to have disappeared.
   2. Filter strings in the connections tree now only filter tables, views, and
schemas/catalogs rather than database connections themselves. All database
connections in the project remain visible so users can connect or work with
them even when a filter is active.
   3. Empty folders and catalogs are pruned when a search filter is active.
   4. Added unit tests in `DatabaseWorkbenchFilterTest`.
