Thank for the fix!
Though, for me, I think that HOP should get the JVM locale regardless of
where you run it from (task, hop gui, server, etc)
When you use HOP GUI, you expect that when you run is as a system/service
account that you'll get the same result.
Your fix for minus / hyphen works, but only for this particular case. There
may be other cases which aren't accounted for.
