   ### What would you like to happen?

   ## Summary
   Enhance the **CreditCardValidator** transform in Apache Hop by adding a
dedicated tab in the transform dialog. This allows users to supply a custom CSV
file containing proprietary, local, or private Bank Identification Number (BIN)
ranges and validation rules.

   ---

   ## Motivation & Use Case
   Currently, the `CreditCardValidator` transform relies on built-in logic for
standard global card networks (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Amex).

   However, enterprise and regional data pipelines frequently process:
   - Private-label credit cards or store-branded payment cards.
   - Local/regional payment networks not included in standard public card specs.
   - Proprietary BIN ranges assigned to specific corporate entities.

   Providing the ability to load custom rules from an external CSV file enables
users to validate private card numbers seamlessly without modifying source code
or writing custom scripts.

   ---

   ## Proposed Solution

   ### 1. Dialog UI Update (`CreditCardValidatorDialog`)
   Add a new tab named **"Custom BIN Definitions"** with the following fields:
   * **Use Custom CSV File** (Checkbox): Enable or disable custom CSV
validation logic.
   * **File Path** (Text field + Browse button): Supports Apache Hop variable
substitution (e.g., `${PROJECT_HOME}/config/custom_bins.csv`).
   * **Delimiter** (Dropdown/Text field): Field separator (comma, semicolon,
tab).
   * **Column Mapping Configuration**:
     * BIN Range Start Column
     * Card Type
     * Issuer
     * Country
   ---

   ## Example CSV Format

   ```csv
   "bin","brand","issuer","country"
   "426663","VISA","CORTRUST BANK","UNITED STATES"
   "426664","VISA","MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL","UNITED STATES"
   "340321","AMERICAN EXPRESS","AMERICAN EXPRESS US CONSUMER","UNITED STATES"
   "340322","AMERICAN EXPRESS","AMERICAN EXPRESS US CONSUMER","UNITED STATES"
   "353415","JCB","JCB INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD CO., LTD.","JAPAN"
   "353416","JCB","JCB INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD CO., LTD.","JAPAN"
