With "Create parent folder" enabled, Change file encoding fails when the folder of the target file does not exist: ``` Error creating target file! config/projects/samples/output/change-file-encoding.txt (No such file or directory) ``` ### Cause - `ChangeFileEncoding.processRow` checks and creates the parent folder of the *source* file, which always exists at that point, instead of the parent folder of the target file. - `changeEncoding` reads and writes through `FileInputStream` / `FileOutputStream` on the raw filenames, so source and target files on VFS locations do not work either. ### Issue Priority Priority: 3 ### Issue Component Component: Transforms -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
