mattcasters opened a new pull request, #8801:

Several copies of Table Input can read one table in parallel when each copy
adds a modulo predicate on `${Internal.Transform.CopyNr}`. The Table Input page
now has a **Parallel reading** section for that setup.

The integer `MOD(table_id, ${NR_COPIES})` predicate is the same on Oracle,
MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL. For other keys the page shows Oracle
`ORA_HASH`, MySQL/MariaDB `CRC32` and an MD5 byte, and PostgreSQL an MD5 byte
and `hashtext`.

   `ORA_HASH` returns a bucket from `0` through `max_bucket` inclusive
(Oracle's own 100-bucket example passes `99`). The documented call uses
`${NR_COPIES} - 1`, so four copies use buckets `0`..`3` and every row is read
by one copy.
