### What would you like to happen?
For notes and regular markdown files it would be nice to have a number of
toolbar icons to help out the user:
* add a link. When clicked show a popup menu asking if it's to link to a URL
or to a file. Then ask for the URL or show the VFS dialog to pick a file. When
selected insert the correct MD syntax.
* Insert an image: show the VFS dialog to pick an image (PNG, SVG, ...).
When selected insert the correct MD syntax to show the image.
* Bold: enabled when text selected. Add underscores around the selected text.
* Italic: enabled when text selected. Add an underscore around the selected
text.
* Table: ask how many rows / columns you want to insert in a new dialog that
also shows the supported formatting options.
* Code block: insert the 2x3 backquotes on 2 lines or around text if any is
selected.
* Header: show a popup asking about Header 1, 2, 3, 4 or regular text.
