### What would you like to happen? In the File Explorer perspective, when a file is dragged in the tree towards a folder that is not currently visible, the tree does not scroll. The target folder can not be reached without dropping the file, scrolling manually and starting the drag again. **Steps to reproduce** 1. Open the File Explorer perspective on a project with enough files and folders for the tree to have a vertical scrollbar. 2. Start dragging a file. 3. Move the cursor to the top (or bottom) edge of the tree, over other files. **Expected** The tree scrolls up when the cursor is near the top edge and down when it is near the bottom edge, so that any folder can be reached during the drag. ### Issue Priority Priority: 3 ### Issue Component Component: Hop Gui -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
