Thanks @mattcasters, all addressed in fe5f726df9:

   1. **Drop moved files**: the explorer's drop targets now include
`DROP_DEFAULT`, so a drop without a modifier copies; Shift moves on the
desktop. Hop Web reports an unmodified drag as a move, so a drop always copies
there (cut/paste to move). Unit test for the rule.
   2. **Partial cut**: a paste now continues past refusals and errors and lists
every failure. Moved entries leave the clipboard; skipped, refused and failed
ones stay, so the cut can be finished. Tests for a mixed cut and a stopped one.
   3. **Drag without `explorer.write`**: the explorer no longer starts a drag
without it, and the File Explorer perspective drop checks it too.
   4. **Replace**: the original is renamed aside, the copy takes its name, then
the backup is removed. A failed rename puts the original back; if that fails
too, the error names both hidden files.
   5. **Stopped folder copy**: a folder the copy created is removed with what
was copied into it. A merged folder is left alone.
   6. **Hop Web download**: the temp file now goes in the session temp folder.
The copy observes Stop, nothing is sent once stopped, and the temp file is
deleted on every path.
   7. **Nested drop**: paths inside another dropped path are left out (such a
path is a folder by definition, so no stat is needed).

   Docs updated to match.
