### What happened?
When the Pipeline executor can't load its sub-pipeline, the log shows the
message placeholder instead of the file name:
Unable to load pipeline [{0}] : can't find directory
`TransformWithMappingMeta.loadMappingMeta()` (line 146) calls
`BaseMessages.getString(PKG,
"TransformWithMappingMeta.Exception.UnableToLoadPipeline")` without passing
`realFilename`, so `{0}` is never filled in. The message also always says
"can't find directory", whatever the real cause is (here the file doesn't
exist).
To reproduce:
1. Create a pipeline with Generate rows (1 row) → Pipeline executor.
2. Set the Pipeline executor filename to
`${PROJECT_HOME}/does-not-exist.hpl`.
3. Run the pipeline and check the log.
Expected: the message names the file, e.g. `Unable to load pipeline
[/path/to/does-not-exist.hpl]`.
