Fixes #2366 Text file input, "Selecting files using regular expressions": - The expressions are Java regular expressions (linked to java.util.regex.Pattern). They have to match the whole file name, as if surrounded by ^ and $, are matched against the file name only (not the folder, also with sub folders), and are case-sensitive; (?i) ignores case. The exclude regular expression follows the same rules. - Fixed examples: `.userdata.\.txt` only selected names like xuserdatay.txt, so it is now `.*userdata.*\.txt`; `[ENG:A-Z][ENG:0-9].*` is now `[A-Z][0-9].*`. - The two bold pseudo-headings are now subsections with anchors, and the options table links to the regular expression section. - [x] Run `mvn clean install apache-rat:check` to make sure basic checks pass. A more thorough check will be performed on your pull request automatically. - [x] If you have a group of commits related to the same change, please squash your commits into one and force push your branch using `git rebase -i`. - [x] Mention the appropriate issue in your description (for example: `addresses #123`), if applicable.
