Thanks @leehaut. I built this locally and ran
`TransformWithMappingMetaTest`: all tests pass. With the old call put back, the
new test fails on `Unable to load pipeline [{0}]`, so it covers the bug. With
the fix, the message names the resolved file, and the chained cause still
explains why the load failed. LGTM.
