Graph logging stores an execution registration date as `yyyy/MM/dd'T'HH:mm:ss`. The Neo4j execution information location parsed every date with `LocalDateTime.parse`, which only accepts an ISO local date-time. That parse runs while listing executions, so one logging date aborted the read and the Execution perspective showed no executions. The location now accepts the logging format, ISO local date-times, space-separated timestamps, and offset or zoned values. A date that still cannot be parsed is left empty. A node that cannot be read is skipped, and the other executions stay in the list. Closing the location clears its static cache so the next reader loads Neo4j instead of the previous engine's copy. `integration-tests/neo4j/tests/neo4j-execution-info-roundtrip/` writes a workflow and a pipeline with graph logging on, copies the logging date onto the stored registration dates, and reads the dates, the parent link, and the sample rows back through the location. fixes #9039 ------------------------ Thank you for your contribution!
