Thanks @bamaer, good questions. On point 3: I should have described the scenario in the PR. The 25P02 and 42P01 errors showed up when the `hop_executions` table was dropped and recreated by another process while a Hop session was still open. Auto-commit was on, so I don't think it was a failed auto-commit switch, and I haven't confirmed a pooler or a role-level `search_path` was involved. I'm also not sure we should cover this scenario at all. A table being replaced under a running session is unusual. I'm going to run my own tests on it later today. If it turns out not to be worth handling, I'd rather narrow this PR a lot or drop the retry than keep complicated recovery logic. Would you be OK with that, or do you see a reason to keep it?
