### Apache Hop version? 2.19.0 ### Java version? openjdk version "25.0.4.1" 2026-08-18 LTS ### Operating system Windows ### What happened? **Description** When configuring an injection key in ETL Metadata Injection, it is not possible to enter a constant value directly. Initially, a field from the input stream must be selected and confirmed by clicking "OK". Only after reopening the injection key configuration does the "Use constant value" checkbox become available. **Steps to reproduce** 1. Open the ETL Metadata Injection configuration. 2. Select an injection key. 3. Attempt to enter a constant value directly. 4. Observe that the "Use constant value" option is not available. 5. Select any field from the input stream and click "OK". 6. Reopen the injection key configuration. 7. Observe that the "Use constant value" checkbox is now available. **Expected Behaviour** The "Use constant value" checkbox should be available immediately when configuring an injection key, allowing a constant value to be entered without first selecting an input field. ### Issue Priority Priority: 2 ### Issue Component Component: Transforms -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
