### What would you like to happen? Ability to create new roles with other roles and fine-grained permissions. Ability to assign a permission (CRUD, execute, list, ...) on a subject (project, environment, database, transform, pipeline, workflow, ...). This should be possible with regex wildcard support. Hop Web GUI should be capable of understanding these permissions in the interfaces and appropriately gray out , disable, or hide interface elements.
