A missing or renamed group key is now reported by name, before the output
row is rewritten.
`JsonEOutputMeta.resolveKeyFieldIndexes` throws `Group key field '{name}'
was not found in the incoming row.` That runs from `getFields`, from `check()`,
and on the first input row. The `IndexOutOfBoundsException` from
`RowMeta.addValueMeta` no longer comes from this path.
Covered by `JsonEOutputMetaTest.missingGroupKeyNamesTheMissingField`,
`validationReportsAMissingGroupKey`, and
`JsonEOutputBehaviorTest.missingRuntimeGroupKeyIsAnActionableError` /
`missingKeyIsNamedDuringSchemaDiscovery`.
