`2025-02-13T02:10:14.746582` has six fraction digits and no offset. The mask `yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSXXX` asks for an offset, and parsing that pair used to throw a NullPointerException inside `SimpleTimestampFormat`. It now throws a `ParseException`. For this value use `yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSSSS`. Keep `XXX` for values that contain `Z` or a numeric offset. Select Values and JSON Input share this parser. The JSON Input manual section "Dates and Timestamps" states the same rule. Covered by `SimpleTimestampFormatTest` and `ValueMetaTimestampTest`.
