Beam Elasticsearch input and output are the transforms for this issue. They shipped in #8716 (`BeamElasticsearchInput` and `BeamElasticsearchOutput`). The manual pages are `docs/hop-user-manual/modules/ROOT/pages/pipeline/transforms/beamelasticsearchinput.adoc` and `beamelasticsearchoutput.adoc`. Native OpenSearch 1–3 stays unsupported: Beam's Elasticsearch IO rejects those versions during its client version check.
