Thanks @hansva. The multi-row step now takes a permit only when a row is already waiting, and any leftover permits are dropped when the step ends, including on success. A spill failure throws, so the pipeline stops with an error instead of spinning and dropping rows. Clear keeps the producer-finished flag, and rewind is refused once the reader has finished. Closing the graph, starting a normal run, or leaving a debug session stops the parked threads and deletes the spill files. Debug no longer stops a normal run. Save, Open, Delete, and Import are on the debugger. Try asks first and only rewinds hop cursors.
