### Apache Hop version? 2.20.0 ### Java version? Java 21 ### Operating system macOS ### What happened? Reproduced on 2.20.0; the code involved is unchanged on main. On a case-insensitive disk (the default on macOS and Windows), renaming `data.csv` to `Data.csv` in the VFS File Explorer fails with "already exists". `renameEntry()` refuses when `destination.exists() && !VfsFileTransfer.same(file, destination)`. The disk reports that `Data.csv` exists, because it is the same file, and `same()` compares the names case-sensitively. The rename itself works: calling `FileObject.moveTo()` directly turns `data.csv` into `Data.csv` and keeps its content. Only the check blocks it. Steps: 1. Create `data.csv` in a local folder on macOS or Windows. 2. In the VFS File Explorer, rename it to `Data.csv`. Result: an "already exists" error, and the file keeps its old name. Expected: the file is renamed. ### Issue Priority Priority: 3 ### Issue Component Component: Hop Gui -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
