Thanks @hansva, LGTM. Built the PR and ran the xml and filestoresult tests: all pass. With the old `XmlOutput` / `FilesToResult` restored, `rowsArePassedOnWithOneRowMeta` and `rowsArePassedOnWithOneRowMetaAndEveryFileReachesTheResult` fail, so the new tests cover the change.
