Yeah, the rat issue(s) are annoying. I wasn't able to build without commenting
out the rat stuff, even prior to this patch. I will let's open a separate jira
to fix that one.
I'm not sure why {{gobuild.sh}} didn't show up as executable for you. I
thought git did that automatically. I can't think of anything else to do
here... we can follow up on that later as well.
