* sorted the rat excludes
* removed comment "Readme" before line including README.md (I think it's pretty
clear that README.md is a readme)
* removed .svn exclude because we're not using subversion
* added htrace-core/src/go/bin/* and htrace-core/src/go/pkg/*. These are
generated files
* added d3.min.js. This is also a generated file
