Yeah. Lets do now. Add mux lib to NOTICES.txt if licensing requires it. Do we
want to 'mount' 'server' and 'span' on a 'REST' app point... e.g. /REST/server
and /REST/span? ... in case we'd have htraced do other types of serving over
HTTP (Can be another issue)?
