I did some work to generate graphviz files out of span JSON in HTRACE-104.
It's pretty rough right now (need to write some unit tests) but this should be
a good way to do it going forward. It doesn't require you to run htraced,
either (you just point it at a file containing whitespace-separated span JSON)
