Commenting out setting for maven-shade-plugin from pom.xml of htrace-core and
htrace-htraced fixed this. I'm looking for the way to resolve this while using
maven-shade-plugin. Just getting rid of using MilliSpanDeserializer in
TestHTracedRESTReceiver is a option.
