The BUILDING.txt seemed to be already moved to htrace-htraced by HTRACE-154 on
Apr 22 but pointer in top-level BUILDING.txt was not updated. How about moving
{{htrace-htraced/src/go/BUILDING.txt}} to {{htrace-htraced/}} and update the
top-level BUILDING.txt?
