I attached 002.
* This patch just makes build and test succeed against hbase-1 on current
master. Migrating to new API of HBase such as BufferedMutator should be done in
follow-up JIRA.
* Because mini cluster and client of htrace-1 depend on
htrace-3.1.0-incubating, I added no-op stabs of old HTrace API under
htrace-hbase/src/test/java/org/apache/htrace/ for unit tests.
* I added settings of receiver and sampler to tracer used in
TestHBaseSpanReceiver.
