I'm not negative to drop go1.4 support but I feel just removing warning message
is not worth for it. For contributors using OS distribution providing go1.4
packages (e.g. RHEL/CentOS 7), it will be easy-to-setup env for development.
Htrace's Dockerfile does not have a problem since it uses go1.5.1.
