No, I think the code came from Zipkin (from an earlier version of
https://github.com/openzipkin/zipkin/blob/master/zipkin-thrift/src/main/thrift/com/twitter/zipkin/zipkinCore.thrift),
which has this NOTICE: https://github.com/openzipkin/zipkin/blob/master/NOTICE.
