@imbajin scratch the Userdata idea; that would be too wide for this PR.
I kept the schema-add cache-clear propagation, but tagged V2 clear events
with a per-JVM source id and skip only the local echo. That keeps remote HStore
servers
invalidating stale schema caches, while avoiding the publisher reloading
its freshly updated schema from backend and exposing the `~create_time`
String/Date mismatch.
Legacy plain-string events still clear as before, so mixed/old publishers
remain compatible.
