Latest integration checkpoint: organization PR #36 is merged at `143c980fa`; Apache delivery PR #493 remains Open/non-Draft at candidate `659f94dd3`. The current candidate CI is green across all five builds, aggregate, Chromium/E2E, visual and deploy, with three bounded independent reviews clear. The last published staging remains `07094e642`. A master-loaded staging dispatch for the current candidate is intentionally held because Apache `master` still has the old checkout behavior; the attempted run failed before publish with `asf-downloads` missing. The reviewed immutable-SHA workflow fix is in PR #493.
